Benefits of Rosehip and Hibiscus Tea
What do rosehip and hibiscus tea have in common?
Rosehip and hibiscus tea are both known for their unique ability to boost the immune system and help fight off infections.
Rose hips contain vitamin C, E, & K and are used to help prevent and treat infections such as bladder, kidney, respiratory, and sinus, as well as colds and flus.
And according to the Medical Medium they also “help reduce inflammation associated with auto-immune conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.”
As anyone who has experienced a chronic illness knows, certain chronic conditions often leave you extra susceptible to infections (and flu season can be a total nightmare).
I remember when I was bedridden with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome it seemed like every two weeks I would catch something to make me even sicker. It was awful.
The last thing I needed was an additional illness.
When I heard the Medical Medium rave about the benefits of rosehip and hibiscus tea for your immune system I was intrigued.
I decided to give it a try. I am four months in and have really noticed a difference. I do not get sick nearly as often as I previously did, and when I do catch something I heal quicker!
Where to Buy Organic Rosehip Tea?
Buy Here on Amazon.
I have come to love the brand Traditional Medicinals. I buy all of my herbal teas from them.
Certain brands of teas cause bloating or other issues, but I have never had a problem with this brand, so I stick with them.
This is the exact Rosehip and Hibiscus Tea I’ve used for the last four months. Now that I know I love it, I typically buy it in bulk on Amazon.
I also love Traditional Medicinals’ Organic Lemon Balm Tea, Spearmint Tea, and Nettle Leaf Tea. I consistently use them to help fight off different infections and viruses. I also take these with me when I travel. It is a total game changer for my immune system. Who knew herbal tea could make such a difference?
Do Rosehip and Hibiscus Tea Taste Good?
The taste is not horrible, but the taste is kind of plain. I squeeze half of a lemon, a lime, or even half an orange in mine to sweeten it up.
You can also add all natural organic honey to it.
Have any of you tried rosehip and hibiscus tea? What herbal teas have you found helpful in strengthening your immune system?
